Condition is used good. Not particularly dirtly but does have some marks in places mainly on the roof. Has a few minor repairs. 2 patches on the roof and 3 patches on the edge of the roof at the top of the side wall. 3 repairs done on the skirt and the right side wall only has a zip that goes one way. A bit of the stitching coming away near the centre pole hole and the left corner too. It seems a lot when it’s listed but none of these affect the use. It’s still a top brand awning.
