Condition is used very good. Mostly very clean but does have some dirt marks in places. This has 2 repair patches. One is on the top of the side wall and one is on the front of the side wall. Please see pictures. These are not at all a true reflection of this awning. It’s mostly in fantastic condition. Does not effect use at all. Other than those points it has no damage.
