Condition is used very very good. Totaly immaculate like new. Doesn’t so much as have a smudge of dirt on it. We purchased from a gentleman who bought it brand new. He only put this awning up once on their driveway to check it over. Change of circumstance forced the sale of his caravan without having the chance to use this awning to its full potential. Looking at the condition of the awning this certainly apears to be true, you wouldn’t know that this awning wasn’t brand new.
