Condition is used ok. This is a bit dirty in places but not everywhere and has a few minor points to mention. Patch on each of the side walls. Beading fraying a bit on the top and a bit of the white trim is coming away in places. It also has some speckles on the roof. Not everywhere but only on about a quarter. It sounds a lot but none of these effect the use. It’s still a fantastic quality Isabella awning.
