Condition is used very very good and very clean. No damage to the awning and the air beams have been 48 hour leak tested with no issues. The only thing with this awning is the built in back pole cushions have been cut in the middle and at the top on both sides. I’m not too sure why the previous owner would have done this but it does not effect the use of this awning and works just fine as is.
