Do you buy awnings off the public?

Accepted Answer

No we do not buy direct from the public. However we may take a local awning as trade in when purchasing an awning from us. Please drop us a message/email with what you have and its condition.

Do you have a showroom so I can view an awning in person before I buy?

Accepted Answer

We do not have showroom but you are more than welcome to view any of our awnings before purchase. 
Our registered business address is 58 Langham road, Standish, WN6 0TF. This is however just our office address.
All our awnings are kept in one of our storage units at Yard 1B, Bradley hall trading estate, WN6 0XQ. This is where we can do viewings/pick ups. 
Please contact us via any of our channels to arrange a viewing.

Do you accept returns?

You can return an item for any reason up to 28 days following the delivery date. For more information please view our full returns policy here.

Where will you post?

Accepted Answer

We post to mainland UK for Free.

We post to Scottish Highlands and islands for an extra charge. Please contact us before purchasing for a quote.

We do not offer delivery to Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly and Northern Ireland.

Can I Track my order?

Yes, we will send you a tracking number (or 2) when we dispatch your order.

What if my delivery arrives damaged?

Accepted Answer

In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged in transit. Please email us with photographic evidence. We will arrange for this to be collected from you and we will then process a refund or replacement. Damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of delivery.

Can I nominate a delivery day?

Accepted Answer

Yes, more often then not we can communicate a chosen delivery date that suits you via our couriers. Please contact us with as much notice as possible if you require this.

How soon can I collect?

Collection can be from as little as 1 hours notice. Please contact us before purchase and we will do our best to get this arranged for you. Collection is from YARD 1B, Bradley hall trading estate. WN6 0XQ

We no longer sell on eBay. 
We only sell direct through our website.

I'm not sure of my awning size, Can you help me?

Yes we can help with that. Please contact us via any of our channels with your make and model and we will help find the right awning for you.

No. We only sell full and complete awnings.
