FAQ

  • Do you have a showroom so I can view an awning in person before I buy?
    We do not have showroom but you are more than welcome to view any of our awnings. Please contact us via any of our channels to arrange a viewing as we do not keep all of our stock on site. ​ ​ ​
  • Do you accept returns?
    You can return an item for any reason up to 28 days following the delivery date. For more information please view our full returns policy here.
  • Where will you post?
    We post to mainland UK for Free. We post to Scottish Highlands and islands for an extra charge. Please contact us before purchasing for a quote. We do not offer delivery to Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly and Northern Ireland.
  • Can I Track my order?
    Yes, we will send you a tracking number (or 2) when we dispatch your order.
  • What if my delivery arrives damaged?
    In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged in transit. Please email us with photographic evidence. We will arrange for this to be collected from you and we will then process a refund or replacement. Damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of delivery.
  • Can I nominate a delivery day?
    Yes, more often then not we can communicate a chosen delivery date that suits you via our couriers. Please contact us with as much notice as possible if you require this.
  • How soon can I collect?
    Collection can be from as little as 1 hours notice. Please contact us before purchase and we will do our best to get this arranged for you. Collection is from WN6.
  • Can I still buy via your eBay page?
    We no longer sell on eBay. We only sell direct through our website now.
  • I'm not sure of my awning size, Can you help me?
    Yes we can help with that. Please contact us via any of our channels with your make and model and we will help find the right awning for you.
  • Can I review Awning-World?
    Yes. We hope you are happy with your purchase. If you are then please share that review with us on google. If you are not happy.... please give us a chance to put it right. We will always do our best for you.
  • Do you sell spare parts?
    No. We only sell full and complete awnings.
