We do not have showroom but you are more than welcome to view any of our awnings before purchase. Our registered business address is 58 Langham road, Standish, WN6 0TF. This is however just our office address. All our awnings are kept in one of our storage units at Yard 1B, Bradley hall trading estate, WN6 0XQ. This is where we can do viewings/pick ups. We post to mainland UK for Free. We post to Scottish Highlands and islands for an extra charge. Please contact us before purchasing for a quote. We do not offer delivery to Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly and Northern Ireland.

Yes, we will send you a tracking number (or 2) when we dispatch your order.

In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged in transit. Please email us with photographic evidence. We will arrange for this to be collected from you and we will then process a refund or replacement. Damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of delivery.

Yes, more often then not we can communicate a chosen delivery date that suits you via our couriers. Please contact us with as much notice as possible if you require this.
