Condition is used very good and mostly very clean. Has the odd dirt mark in places mainly on the skirt. The skirt has a few extra peg holes in it. No damage but this has some stitched repairs. 8 in total. These sit at the top of the front walls under the canopy overhang. I presume it’s where the roof liner clips have possibly rubbed against the material. Please see picture. Doesn’t effect use. You wouldn’t tend to notice these. Other than those minor points the awning is in good condition.
