Condition is used very good. In the most part it’s pretty clean but does have some dirt marks in places. This is mainly on the roof. Please see pictures. No damage to the awning however the only point to mention is one of the side wall zips has a damaged end. This means the zip only goes on from one side. This side wall is still fully usable as a door on each side. Please see picture.
