Condition is used very very good. This is essentially a new awning however can’t be sold as new because the centre pole junction is slightly dinted from transport. Still in box. See pictures. Doesn’t affect the use at all.
Please note the first 4 pictures are the same model of awning in a larger size. The awning for sale is the same but doesn’t have the double windows on each of the front walls.

For example, if you order on Sunday, it will be dispatched Monday and you should receive it Wednesday/Thursday.
