Condition is used good. Generally pretty clean but does have some dirt marks in places. Has some points to mention. A patch on the roof apx 5cm. Tiny bit of stitching on side wall. Very small hole on front wall and some extra holes in the skirt. It sounds a lot but it’s not really. We like to detail every small point on all of our awnings so the customer knows exactly what they are getting. See pictures.
