Condition is used good. Generally pretty clean with some dirt marks in places, mainly on the roof. Has some wear marks where the wing nuts have rubbed on the fabric. 2 on one side of one of the front cross beams and both wing nuts on corner legs. See pictures. Doesn’t affect use.
