Condition is used very very good. Almost immaculate like new. This item has only been up for a 3 day indoor display. Looking at this you wouldn’t know it wasn’t new. No damage. The only point to mention on this is it has 2 of the 3 straps that attach to the front of this awning. These are widley available to purchase online if required. Doesn’t affect the use.
