Condition is used very very good and very clean like new. Ex indoor display. No damage but does have one tiny clear pin hole patch on the top of the side wall where it meets the roof. This was spotted by us when putting it up so its now been repaired. Please see pictures. Air beams tested for 48 hours with no issues. Please note this item also comes with the 3 roof support beams and the front centre upright beam. These are just missing off the photos. The awning is fully complete as it should be.
