Condition is used very very good. Mostly very clean, it’s pretty much immaculate. Very odd mark of dirt in places, Mainly just a bit of dry dirt but hardly anything at all. This has a few minor points to mention. It has 2 stitched repairs where the front 2 leg wing nuts must have rubbed against the fabric. Please see pictures. It has 2 pin hole patches on the front and side of the roof. I can only presume the previous owner accidentally pushed 2 of the little pole spikes through. These are now fixed. Please see pictures. It sounds like a lot but these repairs are not a true reflection of the fantastic condition of this awning.
