Condition is used very good. Has some dirt marks in places. Mainly on the skirt around the bottom and some speckles on the roof. Only 2 points to mention with this model. The skirt has a few extra peg holes in it and the front wall has a small bit of damage (tiny hole) This sits under the canopy overhang so doesn't affect the use at all. Please see pictures.
