Condition is used very very good. This was a new item however this had a slow puncture in one of the air beams. This beam has now been replaced and this awning is as new again. This is mint condition. Very very clean. Totally immaculate as new with no damage. Air beams tested for 48 hours with no preasure loss during this time.
